About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work closely with lawyers in the corporate department, providing effective and efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across departments and with clients, managing electronic files and filing systems in an organised manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality documentation and letters as directed by lawyers.
  • Attend to clients by telephone and in person, demonstrating a professional, personable, and engaging manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files and filing systems.
  • Assist lawyers with day-to-day administrative matters, including opening new files, ensuring compliance, and managing appointments.
  • Manage client billing, WIP management, and debt collection.
  • Manage partners' diaries and make travel/hotel bookings.
  • Provide executive assistant support to the national head of the Corporate department.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a professional approach to work.
  • Deliver high-quality services to fee earners and clients.
  • Have good IT skills, experience, and confidence with case management systems and Microsoft packages.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
