Care Home Deputy Manager

As a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in a well-regarded care home provider. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties and help ensure care standards are met.
You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible quality of life for residents. This involves leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, and developing strategies to achieve goals.
Key responsibilities include managing safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and experience in providing care in a care home setting.
You will also need to have a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Most importantly, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care.
