About the Role
We are seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to support our teachers in providing high-quality education to pupils with diverse needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism-friendly practices and be able to create a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in developing individualized learning plans
- Implement autism-friendly practices to promote pupil well-being
- Collaborate with the teaching team to address pupil needs and promote academic progress

Requirements
- Qualified Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting pupils with autism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum
