Clinical Genetics Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Genetic Counsellor to join our Education and Training team at a senior level. This is an outstanding opportunity to combine clinical, managerial, and educational responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in genetic counselling, leadership, and education. They will be responsible for holding clinics in the West Midlands region and making a key contribution to the strategic direction of the genetic counselling and clinical service.

Key Accountabilities:- To lead and manage a team of genetic counsellors and other professionals in the field of genetics.
- To develop and implement innovative strategies for enhancing patient care and service quality.

Essential Qualifications: Registration with the GCRB or HCPC as a Genetic Counsellor, plus significant experience of genetic counselling, leadership, and education.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
