Clinical Team Lead Position

About the Role:
This senior theatre practitioner position requires an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise and mentor junior staff members
- To develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- To participate in the recruitment and selection process for new staff members
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a theatre practitioner
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
