Job Title: Clinical Lead
Location: Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and providing clinical leadership to our clients. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement clinical strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of therapists and provide clinical leadership
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to meet the needs of our clients
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to achieve organizational goals
- Provide supervision and support to therapists
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
