We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving clinical excellence and providing exceptional care to our residents.

As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. This includes managing and developing our nursing teams, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining robust risk management strategies.
