Job Title: Senior Clinical Health Psychology Service Lead

Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a highly experienced professional to lead their Clinical Health Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading service redesign and improvement, with a strong focus on operational excellence and patient-centered care.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and delivery of Clinical Health Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology services
  • Design and implement service improvements based on performance data and user feedback
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve excellent clinical outcomes

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in health or social care
  • At least 5 years of senior operational management experience
  • Excellent leadership and partnership working skills
