We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and communities.

About the Role

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the team, ensuring that interventions are timely, evidence-based, and culturally appropriate. They will also be expected to develop and implement new interventions and programs, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to the team, including developing and implementing new interventions and programs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and external agencies

Requirements

\

The ideal candidate will have:

\
  • A postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles within mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\

Salary

\

The salary for this position is £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
