Role Summary
\Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services in the region. We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical leadership to our Psychological Services team.
\About the Role
\The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new interventions and programs, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery. They will also be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and external agencies.

Requirements
\The ideal candidate will have:
\- A postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Proven experience in leadership and management roles within mental health services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
\The salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
