We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Young People's Service, working with children and young people aged 16-18 who are in care. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our young people, developing and implementing care plans, and working with multi-agency partners to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the needs of young people in care and develop and implement care plans
- Work with multi-agency partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
- Provide support and guidance to young people and their families
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the lives of young people in care
- Qualification in Social Work (DipSW or CQSW)
- Experience of working with children and young people in care
- Ability to work effectively with multi-agency partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
