About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and committed Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team at Croydon Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting individuals who require signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide high-quality social care services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to meet the needs of service users.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families.
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Work closely with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
