About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Croydon. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting individuals who require signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide high-quality social care services
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Participate in a strengths-based approach to social care, focusing on individual strengths and resilience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
