We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable social worker to join our team in Croydon Council. Key Responsibilities- Work in a locality-based setting, focusing on strength-based practice and short and longer-term work across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure effective support and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our services, sharing ideas and best practices to improve the lives of our residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
