We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our dedicated team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our Maintenance and Engineering Department, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding results and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all hotel facilities are in good working order.
  • Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests from the Property Coordinator or Facilities Manager.
  • Conduct regular machinery testing and maintenance on hotel equipment.
  • Complete structured PPM (Preventative Maintenance) activities to maintain high standards of finish.
  • Undertake any necessary maintenance remedial/reactive work within our properties.
  • Maintain electrical equipment and perform RCD tests quarterly.
  • Provide on-call support alongside the Facilities Manager or as required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and address maintenance needs across various hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Liaise closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support.
  3. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
  4. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members.
