We are looking for confident and engaging individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant.

As ourMaintenanceAssistant, you will:

  • Implement all policies, standards and procedures for Water Hygiene, Energy Conservation and Control, Fire Prevention and other Safety Programmes, and Effective Preventative and Routine Maintenance Inspections
  • Respond to job log system registered works and complete all jobs assigned within the targeted timescale
  • Monitor engineering stock levels and log shift activities on a regular basis and communicate appropriately when needed
  • Report any hazards or defects to senior management
  • Process handover in line with Company guidelines
  • Implement effective preventative and routine maintenance inspections under guidance of your manager
  • Carry out general painting, tiling and all reasonable duties as directed
  • Accurately record all necessary plant information in the appropriate logs and brings any defects to the attention of the Maintenance Manager
  • Deal with guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, communicating with other departments when necessary
