Maintenance Technician Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at 100 Princes Street. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • carrying out routine maintenance tasks
  • responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly
  • performing plumbing and electrical repairs
  • painting public and back-of-house areas
  • maintaining a clean and safe environment
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you'll need:

  • a strong technical background and experience in maintenance or a related field
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team
