Job Role

As a Luxury Hotel Hospitality Professional at Threadneedles Hotel in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking in and out guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external parties as required.
