Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of memorable.
The Role
- Maintain the highest levels of service standards, consistently exceeding guest expectations and providing positive experiences that create lasting memories.
- Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide world-class service.
- Oversee the overall performance of the property, driving excellence in all areas and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build a strong culture of feedback sharing and ownership among all teams, recognizing feedback as a valuable opportunity for growth and development.
- Elevate the guest experience across all departments, prioritizing their needs and preferences to ensure unforgettable stays.
- Support the FOH Management and Operations Manager in achieving set targets and budgets, driving revenue growth and control.
- Respond to guest feedback, issues, and complaints, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate a culture of rapport with customers, developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
About You
- You have proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire others to achieve their best.
- You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service, driven by a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- You have hands-on experience working in the Front Office department, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, sharing a common goal of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What We Offer
