Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Conducting regular safety and maintenance inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Assisting in record-keeping and maintaining daily logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work safely and efficiently.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • A background in maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000, depending on experience.
