Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Services Coordinator to join our team at The Caledonian Edinburgh.

This role involves coordinating front office operations, managing room inventory, and promoting hotel services.

  • Coordinate front office activities to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage room inventory and pricing strategies to optimize revenue
  • Implement effective sales techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the Front Office Team to deliver high-quality services
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of appearance, performance, and service quality
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Show enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Have experience in a similar role or be willing to learn and develop skills
