We are seeking a highly motivated Meeting and Conferencing Specialist to join our events team at Apex Grassmarket Hotel. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional conference and event experiences for our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conference and events management, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring meeting rooms and events areas are set up correctly for guests, preparing tea/coffee breaks and stations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate the setup and preparation of meeting rooms and events areas.
  • Evaluate and implement new ideas to enhance the delegate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
