Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management of the Front Office Team, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Proactively meet customers' requirements in a resourceful and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols, and properly handle property keys during each shift.
  • Oversee payment accuracy, address financial discrepancies, and generate regular cash, credit, and audit reports.
  • Promote best practices continuously and suggest improvements to management for maintaining and enhancing standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional team leadership and guest engagement abilities.
  • A talent for enhancing the guest experience throughout the hotel.
  • Proficiency in working with IT systems and PMS.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to meet varying expectations.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of a second language is beneficial.
