Caregiver for Children and Young Adults with Complex Needs

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young adults with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care plans
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of safe and engaging activities that promote social skills, emotional intelligence, and life skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months paid experience as a Support Worker in a UK-based children's setting within the last 3 years
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and communication techniques
- Hold the right to live and work within the UK
