Job Title: Children's Social Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team in the 16+ Young People's Housing Team. The successful candidate will work alongside Housing Support Officers, Social Care, and Early Support Colleagues to assess unmet need and prevent young people from being street homeless.

  • Develop and implement effective support plans for young people
  • Build effective relationships with partners and stakeholders
