Job Summary

We offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to work with us in our Assessment and Intervention Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing needs, identifying appropriate interventions, planning, prioritizing, and evaluating. Your expertise will enable you to engage individuals, families, and carers, and use their views to inform assessments, plans, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing needs and identifying appropriate interventions
  • Planning, prioritizing, and evaluating social work activities
  • Engaging individuals, families, and carers in the assessment and planning process
  • Using supervision to reflect critically on practice and explore different approaches
  • Mentoring less experienced practitioners

Skill Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment. You should have up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends, policies, regulations, and safeguarding practices. A commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,745 - £44,428 per annum (37 hours) or £17,872 - £22,214 per annum (18.5 hours), plus an annually reviewed Market Rate Supplement of £1,500. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
