Key Responsibilities- Grow and support the team's ability to respond effectively to individuals' past trauma, building motivation and developing resources to assist people to change the way they think, feel and behave.
- Hold a specialist caseload of clients with co-existing substance use and mental health needs.
- Provide psychological treatments for trauma, including EMDR and trauma-focused CBT.
- Supervise the practice of psychology staff, including practitioner and/or assistant and/or trainee psychologists.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Postgraduate Doctoral level training (BPS accredited) in clinical or counselling psychology, or equivalent.
- Completed training course in clinical supervision.
- Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist, with evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
- Demonstrable experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with a range of psychological needs and coexisting substance use.
- Advanced training in an evidence-based psychological therapy for substance misuse.
