About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a highly skilled Lead Practitioner Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality recovery care to our diverse client group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and support the team's ability to respond effectively to individuals' past trauma.
  • Help build motivation and develop resources to assist people to change the way they think, feel, and behave.
  • Hold a specialist caseload of clients with co-existing substance use and mental health needs.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Postgraduate Doctoral level training (BPS accredited) in clinical or counselling psychology, or equivalent.
  • Completed training course in clinical supervision.
  • Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist, and evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
  • Demonstrable experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with a range of psychological needs and coexisting substance use.
