About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Practitioner in Substance Misuse. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience working with clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical supervision and support to a team of psychologists and other professionals
  • Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions for clients with substance misuse issues
  • Contribute to the development of the service's clinical strategy and policies
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for clients
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology
  • Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience of working in a substance misuse setting
  • Advanced training in an evidence-based psychological therapy for substance misuse
