Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Lead Practitioner Psychologist with strong CBT and motivational interviewing practice, who not only possesses expertise in their work within drug and alcohol services, but also has a passion for developing skills and supporting and supervising others in the delivery of psychologically informed work.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced practitioner, who will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services and providing guidance and support to their team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and contribute to the development of innovative and effective interventions.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working alongside our expert practitioners in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills and provide opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

You will receive regular clinical supervision and professional support from a more senior Practitioner Psychologist in substance use, and will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact in the community.
