We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Allied Health Professional/Nurse to lead our Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and leadership of the rehabilitation beds on the stroke rehabilitation unit, including admission, discharge, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for the development and leadership of the rehabilitation beds on the stroke rehabilitation unit, including admission, discharge, and patient care.
- Be the responsible clinician for a defined caseload of patients.
- Work across the entire stroke pathway to facilitate the development of a coordinated service for patients with stroke, and for those needing stroke-rehabilitation within the area.
- Maintain and develop relationships with external partners to optimize transitions of care.
- Be accountable for the delivery of stroke rehabilitation.
