We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regarded care home in Honiton, providing the highest standard of residential and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure residents receive the medical and clinical support they require.
  • Safely provide nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and management of residents' medical conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing a high level of care and support.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in a care home environment is desirable, but not essential. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
