Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Co-ordination Centre team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialist palliative nursing care and clinical advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative nursing care and clinical advice to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to assess patients, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and students on palliative care and end-of-life issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of the Clinical Co-ordination Centre.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
  • Post-registration palliative care module or equivalent.
  • Teaching and mentorship/supervision qualification.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
