Administrative Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Earlsdon Park Village, a thriving retirement community in Coventry. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our village.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor access, ensuring safety and security.
  • Assist the Administrator with typing, photocopying, and stationery tasks as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized reception area, reporting any issues to the Administration team.
