Stock Administrator Coordinator

We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking a temporary stock administrator to join their team with a view to permanent basis. This exciting role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job OverviewThis position involves the administration of all paperwork related to goods entering and leaving, as well as recording information on the CRM system.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required. Benefits include:
- Weekly pay while temporarily employed
- A benefits portal offering discounted memberships, retailer discounts, cinema tickets, and a 24-hour helpline
- 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, accrued weekly
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Inventory counting
- Investigating damages and updating the system accordingly
- Assisting with annual stock takes
- Investigating customer credits prior to making adjustments
- Actioning and resolving interface issues on the stock file in a timely manner daily
- Liaising with the Product Supply Department regarding potential out-of-stock or overstocked items
- Highlighting and addressing out-of-rotation issues to the stock coordinator
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the stock coordinator or stock and admin manager
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Word and Excel experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
