Job Overview

This position involves the administration of all paperwork related to goods entering and leaving, as well as recording information on the CRM system.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Inventory counting
  2. Investigating damages and updating the system accordingly
  3. Assisting with annual stock takes
  4. Investigating customer credits prior to making adjustments
  5. Actioning and resolving interface issues on the stock file in a timely manner daily
  6. Liaising with the Product Supply Department regarding potential out-of-stock or overstocked items
  7. Highlighting and addressing out-of-rotation issues to the stock coordinator
  8. Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the stock coordinator or stock and admin manager
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Word and Excel experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
