Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administration Coordinator to join our Surgical Services team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our surgical consultants and their teams. As a Clinical Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between staff members.

You will work closely with the consultant and their team to optimize patient care services, manage office equipment and stationery, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will provide training and oversight to support secretaries on administrative tasks such as patient bookings and typing.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and patients.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
