We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Planning Specialist to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As an experienced planner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations, as well as excellent research and analysis skills. You will conduct thorough studies on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career progression, and a fantastic team environment with a great social atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Town Planning or a related field, as well as membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
