We are seeking an Urban Planning Expert to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligible for membership.

As a Senior Town Planning Professional, you will oversee and manage various urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. This involves conducting thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage urban and regional planning projects from start to finish.
  • To conduct research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors.
  • To develop and implement plans to address the needs of communities and stakeholders.
