Job Overview

KAP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to oversee and manage urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations, as well as excellent research and analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
  • Manage a variety of urban and regional planning projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, and develop effective strategies to achieve them.

Requirements

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £41,500 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career progression, and a fantastic team environment.
