Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Campus Infrastructure to join our team at the Society for College and University Planning. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of effective infrastructure strategies that support the long-term goals and objectives of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure plans, policies, and procedures that align with the institution's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the capital renewal program, including managing and coordinating capital renewal projects.
  • Conduct detailed facility condition assessments to evaluate the physical condition of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to address infrastructure-related issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on infrastructure-related matters to institutional leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Master's degree in architecture, project management, urban or regional planning, urban design, engineering, or a related field. Experience in infrastructure planning and management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
