About the Role
  • Drive and lead the Data and Trisus platform engineering initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our data and the Trisus platform.
  • Lead the AI strategy and roadmap, aligning it with our company's vision and goals, and mentor, co-ordinate and help the development and deployment of AI initiatives across different product delivery teams.
  • Mentor high-performing teams by providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Architect, implement, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines, multi-cloud data ecosystems, warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
  • Drive data democratization, data literacy, and a data security culture companywide while removing data silos.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering for both structured and unstructured datasets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role in data engineering or a related field, driving innovation.
  • Strong technical expertise in data engineering technologies and tools, such as ETL/ELT frameworks, Azure, relational and NoSQL databases, Data warehousing solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
What We Offer
  • A salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
