Telecom Operations Director

XAD Technologies seeks an experienced Telecom Operations Director to lead our mobile and fixed network projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee fixed telecom projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Liaise with project managers to coordinate activities, resources, and procurement processes.
- Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure for both fixed and mobile projects.
- Report project progress to clients and manage project finances.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance practices.
- Proven experience in project management within the telecom industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with mobile network infrastructure (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
