Director of Survey Operations

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of advanced survey technologies, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's survey capabilities and increase market share.
  • Managing and executing large-scale survey projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in surveying, preferably with a focus on laser and drone surveys.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing operational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
