Benefits Contract Manager:

Clinical Professionals Limited invites applications for a Benefits Contract Manager to oversee the administration of company benefits. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for managing benefit plans, developing and implementing total rewards strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective benefit plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and benefits system providers to manage benefit enrolments and renewals.
  • Review and update system-generated communications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks associated with benefit plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand benefit options and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with expertise in HR policies, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Work Environment:

This is a contract position with 50/50 remote/hybrid work in Chester, offering an estimated salary of £22 per hour.
