Benefits Administration Contract Opportunity

Clinical Professionals Limited is hiring a Benefits Administration Contract Professional to execute and administer company benefits and retirement programs.

This contract role involves managing benefit plan eligibility, processing enrolments and status changes, and communicating with employees through various channels.

The successful candidate will have practical operational experience of other HR processes, such as talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and HR Shared Services delivery model.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, general knowledge of HR policies, regional Employment Laws, and Benefits legislative requirements.

Estimated Salary: £44,000 per annum (£22 per hour) based on a 50/50 remote/hybrid work arrangement in Chester.
