Job Title: Additional Autism Support Professional

About the Role

We are recruiting for an Additional Autism Support Professional to join our team in Southport. As an experienced support worker, you will have a proven track record of providing high-quality support to individuals with autism and be passionate about empowering them to live independent lives.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized support plans, providing personal care, and promoting community engagement. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that each individual receives the best possible support, tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in regular team meetings, and contributing to the ongoing development of our services. As an Additional Autism Support Professional, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, respect the autonomy of each individual, and prioritize their safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of autism and its effects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
