Lifeways is a pioneering provider of specialist care and support services, empowering individuals with autism, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, and complex needs to live independently.

We are seeking a Support and Empowerment Professional to join our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your role will involve delivering person-centred care, including personal care, household tasks, cooking, and shopping, as well as supporting individuals with social and leisure activities.

To succeed in this position, you should have relevant experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or be willing to learn and grow with us. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum

Requirements
  • 37.5 hours per week, full-time or part-time contracts available
  • Various shifts between 07:30am - 21:30pm / 21:30pm - 07:30am, Monday - Sunday
  • Free DBS check
