Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Southport. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live fulfilling lives.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans that promote independence, social interaction, and community engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with autism
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
- Encouraging participation in recreational activities and hobbies
- Maintaining accurate records of individual's progress and well-being
