We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Residential Facilities Manager at Robinson College University of Cambridge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our students and staff by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in college accommodation.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, including staff supervision, budget management, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and to identify opportunities for improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a background in hospitality or facilities management, and is able to motivate and develop a team to achieve their best.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, employment law, and College policies
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless services and identify opportunities for improvement

Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on experience
