We are currently seeking a highly skilled Structural Building Surveyor to join our team in East Anglia. As a member of our East Anglia division, you will oversee a portfolio of sites around Cambridgeshire, providing technical advice and support for a range of building types.

The successful candidate will hold an HND-level qualification in Building, Building Surveying, Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. RICS membership would be beneficial. They must have extensive experience conducting building surveys of large-span steel-framed and reinforced concrete structures, along with expertise in various construction materials such as masonry, timber, and concrete. The ability to assess building conditions, recommend effective remedial measures, and estimate lifespans is critical.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established company like Mainstay Facilities, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. You will also receive SC Clearance training, ensuring you meet the necessary security requirements for this role.
